Chef Arnold Safari’s culinary journey began at 10, working alongside his father, a top Kenyan resort chef. After studying at Kenya Utalii College, he represented Kenya internationally, winning awards like the U.S. Chocolate Fantasia Chefs’ Competition 4 times. With experience in the USA, Sweden, and Africa, Chef Safari now brings his passion for African fusion cuisine to Durango, blending tradition with innovation in every dish.
