Chef Safari is super fun, and his food is delicious! We tried beef samosas, fish and chips, Chicken tikka Curry, and dirt rice. All fantastic. On top of that is is the chill vibe of the whole area. You can get great beer from the brewery on the same property. Beautiful greenery and flowers added to the ambiance. It was a great find as we were passing through Durango for one night.

Lots of delicious and clearly marked vegan options! The chef/owner also told me he's going to be expanding his vegan options even more. I got the Ethiopian Spiced Vegetable Curry as well as some tofu skewers over dirty rice and highly recommend both things. I'll definitely be visiting again while I'm in town.

Great to have another place in Durango with vegan/plant-based options. African food from different countries of origin, veggie options include curry, stews served with injera, kebabs, samosa. Chef safari is a great guy and very friendly. Tasty food. Recommended.
